What is included in each package price?
Each package price covers the listed treatments, use of designated facilities such as the relaxation lounge or steam room, and refreshments where noted. Additional add-on treatments, such as extended massage time, can be arranged separately at the front desk.
Do you offer packages for couples or groups?
Yes, we can arrange joint sessions for couples or small groups visiting together. Pricing is calculated per person based on the selected package, and advance booking is recommended to secure matching appointment times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and mobile payment options at our Port Said, Egypt location. Payment is typically collected at the end of your session unless a deposit was arranged during booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booked session?
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a partial charge, which our reception team can explain when you book.
Is there a difference in price for first-time visitors?
Our pricing structure applies equally to new and returning clients. First-time visitors do receive a brief consultation at no extra charge to help determine which treatment or package best matches their needs.
Are the prices per person or per session for the Full Retreat Day?
The Full Retreat Day rate is per person and includes the treatments and facility access outlined in the package. Any additional therapies beyond those included can be added for an extra fee, confirmed at the time of booking.
